Stick to your normal routine.
- Get up at the same time as you usually do, our bodies like routine.
- Get dressed and prepared the same way you would go to work, getting dressed will metally prepare you for work.
- Eat Breakfast: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Try and eat high protein slow releasing foods.
- Take a your lunch break at the same time everyday.
- Working remotely can create a unique pressure to appear busy but maintaining routines will help ease that pressure.
Create a designated work area
Being able to shut off from work is difficult when you are working from home so set up an area that is only used for work, ideally a room which you can close the door on at the end of the day. It’s important that you switch off from work when you have finished work, so you can rest and refresh.
