Wellbeing team comment

"Whenever I feel anxious, I have recently found that cleaning my surroundings makes me feel a lot more relaxed and gives me a sense of accomplishment which does wonders for my everyday mental health. I’m not alone in this, it's estimated that 70% of people get some relief from their anxiety symptoms just by cleaning up. We want to be able to do something when we get anxious and what we really want is to be in control and take action, cleaning can be a simple and effective way to do that"
