Anxiety

Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life and you may find that you feel worried about sitting an exam or a big meeting at work, which is perfectly normal. However if you find it hard to control your worries and your feelings of anxiety are more constant and affect your day to day life then you may need some help to manage this.
